Thermal energy of infrared gas stove comes from radient energy and convection thermal energy. Radiant energy can increase heat penetreation while
convection thermal energy can be absorbed easily by object. So, thermal efficiency of infrared stove is very high.
This can fasten the cooking process and save gas. Due to complete burning of gas, it produces very low level of CO (0.002%) and NO (0.0015%) to
prevent harmful health effect.
